Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility (30 days) We accept returns for items that are unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items Personalized products, intimate apparel, hygiene products, and sale items (unless defective) cannot be returned.

Refunds Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged/Defective Items Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
