UAE Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery across the United Arab Emirates. Enter your full delivery address and contact number at checkout so your courier can reach you.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UAE delivery costs AED 20. The delivery charge is shown at checkout and included in your order total.

How long will delivery take?

For a delivery estimate for your area or an update on an existing order, email support@eshoppershub.com. Please include your order number if you have already ordered.

How can I check my order status?

Contact support@eshoppershub.com with your order number. We can help with your order status and any available courier tracking details.

Cash on Delivery

Can I pay when my order arrives?

Yes. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives. The amount to pay is the total shown on your order confirmation, including the AED 20 delivery charge.

Which currency are prices shown in?

Our store prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED).

Order Help

Can I request an address correction or an order change?

Email support@eshoppershub.com as soon as possible with your order number and the details of your request. We will check whether the change is still possible based on your order's status.

What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product?

Email support@eshoppershub.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review your enquiry and explain the next steps.
