Our Commitment
At ESHOPPERS HUB, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What You'll Need:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage (video is even better)
What We'll Do:
After verification, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement. You will not be required to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What You'll Need:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item you received
What We'll Do:
We will ship the correct item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
Missing Parts
If your order arrives with missing parts or accessories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
What We'll Do:
We will either send the missing parts or issue a partial refund based on the missing component.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
What We'll Do:
We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
For US orders, lost package claims must be filed within 45 days of shipment, so please reach out promptly.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" But Not Received
If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you have not received your order:
Step 1: Check with family members, neighbors, or your building's front desk
Step 2: Wait 2-3 additional days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
Step 3: Contact your local post office with the tracking number
Step 4: If still not found, contact us at support@eshoppershub.com
Important: To help us file a claim with the carrier, we may request a Non-Delivery Certificate from your local post office with an official stamp. Without this documentation, we may be unable to process a refund or replacement.
Delivery Issues (Address Problems / Unclaimed Packages)
- If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal at delivery
- Not picked up from the post office in time
What Happens:
We will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping costs will be your responsibility. If you prefer not to pay for re-shipping, we can refund the product cost minus the original shipping fees.
Refunds will not be issued for packages that are unclaimed or refused.
Returns for Change of Mind / Wrong Size
Because each order is fulfilled specifically for you, we do not accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
- Simply not liking the product
However, we value your happiness. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include:
- A partial refund
- Store credit for a future purchase
- A discount code toward your next order
If you still wish to return the item, you will be responsible for return shipping to our warehouse. International return shipping is expensive and can take 3 months or more. We recommend considering the alternatives above.
Quality Concerns
If you believe a product has quality issues beyond normal wear and tear, please contact us with photos and details.
For electronics and fragile items: Please inspect your item promptly. Claims for functional issues should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
What We Do Not Cover
ESHOPPERS HUB cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
- Issues caused by incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor imperfections that do not affect product function (loose threads, slight wrinkles,small scratches)
- Packages delayed due to weather, natural disasters, customs, or carrier issues
- Disputes opened after the allowed timeframes
- Packages that are refused or unclaimed by the customer
- Subjective issues such as "product smells unusual" or "not as expected"
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Within 24 Hours
You may cancel your order for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel, email us at support@eshoppershub.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.
No Cancellations After Processing
Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment center (typically within 24 hours), it cannot be canceled.
This includes:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Pre-order items
- Items with video or photo services
Order Modifications
Changes to address, size, or color can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.
